  The food was ok, and I think it's the best place to eat in the zoo, if you compare to others inside the zoo.

  Service was so inadequate, had to wave at the waiters and waitresses 10 times to get their attention .. is it a race thing , a class thing ?... bad experience AVOiD

  Admitatly it was Christmas day and all credit to them to get the crowds through, but that's not what a restaurant should be about. I ordered a steak "well done" but it came out bleeding so I requested a replacement.

  However, the replacement steak was as tough as the hobs of hell and a far cry from the first effort, albeit rare.

  All said and done this experience was equivalent to a pub meal or may be less in some situations.

  Can't add any more negative comments as they have already been posted. Needless to say organised chaos at this place and a real damper to our day at the Zoo.
